Facilitators

The Prelude Suite™ is an ideal resource for professionals working with project teams: Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Project Leads, Consultants, Facilitators, Educators (Middle School to Graduate School). Increasingly, the challenge is how to empower team performance when members are distributed, virtual, and/or hybrid. Especially when these teams are also cross functional, cross cultural, and cross generational. The Prelude Suite™ is a simple, compact, global solution. Facilitator Training is as simple and compact. This is a self-directed online experiential learning process with live trainer support.

The Prelude Suite is a useful addition to any professional toolkit. It also complements and enhances classic tools and models such as, MBTI (Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator), Appreciative Inquiry, and Design Thinking. It’s easy for Facilitators to deploy, The Prelude Suite may be used in conjunction with any communication platform i.e. Skype, Google Hangout, WebEx, Zoom, and any online interactive whiteboard i.e. MURAL, PowerPoint Online, and Google Slide, for example.
